and Sonia, accompanied by Buta Singh,
were strolling on the India Gate lawns,
watched from a distance by the security
personnel. On an impulse, they bought
ice-cream from a vendor, but no one
had any cash in his pocket. Both Rajiv
and Buta Singh sheepishly offered their
wrist watches to the vendor, who, recognizing
the VVIP ice-cream lovers, refused politely.
